Position: Part-time Nanny / Mother's Helper

Description: I am looking for someone to help out around the house and watch my 2-yr old son (at my house in Ojai) five mornings per week.  This person needs to be totally reliable, responsible, grounded, loving, creative, experienced with toddlers & babies (with impeccable references), easy to be around, emotionally healthy and stable, and a safe driver. I also would prefer someone who understands alternative/AP-style parenting, natural living and positive discipline. 

- 4-6 hours per day, M-F, salary DOE -

Please know ahead of time that you will need to pass a background/fingerprint/FBI check, as you will officially be an independent contractor for a state-funded agency who pays for my childcare.  Also, this agency has a 1-2 month lag-time for issuing the first paycheck.
