Description: Resiliency In Action is a small publishing and training company located in Ojai.  We are in need of a proficient bookkeeper (who knows Quick Books) / administrative assistant to return calls, format documents, mail correspondence and do some filing. 

Experience required.  The position is part-time, the hours are flexible, and we will work around your schedule.

Seeking someone with a background in child education and childcare experience to teach and play one afternoon a week and some weekends with two children ages 3 and 6.  Job will turn into three days a week by June 15th for most of the Summer.  This job can turn into a long term part-time position.

Full Charge Bookkeeper

Position Type: Temporary
Public Service organization in need of a full charge Bookkeeper. This position requires a very detail oriented and analytical candidate, with the ability to employ the highest degree of discretion when dealing with confidential Payroll information. Duties will include processing Month End Close, utilizing general ledger analysis, posting Journal entries, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Data Entry. Temporary employment opportunity with possibility of full time permanent hire.

Requirements:
Must have a BS degree in Accounting. Proficient in integrated Accounting software and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
